                opportunity to recieve recognition.

If someone has a special skill that would benefit the Cubs
or help with their advancement they can teach it at a meeting
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Our Pack is smallish at the moment but with 80 Cubs you probably have need for a New Parent Orientation Person, a Uniform Exchange Person, and a few other special needs that we have not encountered yet. If you run out of jobs and really want to require that everyone have a job, give the unassigned people a wish list of equipment and supplies that you would like to have but have no funds for. Tell them to watch the thrift shops or ask around for possible contributions from the community and hope that some of them succeed, if not, at least they had the chance to try. Another possibility is to rotate people thru some of the busier positions such as phone tree coordinator or transportation coordinator.

Good Luck with your new position.

YIS, Susan
