These documents are prepared by FEMA to help people prepare for, survive, cope with and recover from natural and man-made disasters. This information is reliable and authoritative, and provides an emergency preparation starting point whatever your individual situation. The information is also applicable to a variety of Scouting activities, including backpacking, camping and a variety of merit badges.
